RE: Mansion Communes and the Immigration Housing Problem
Hello,
My name is Mary Jeanne Cincotta. I think I might have a workable solution to transform an immigration housing problem to a plan for a more sustainable, environmentally conscious community of producers.
I’m 45 years old and I have a single family home in Herndon, Virginia. I recently studied for the Real Estate License Exam and was hoping to design currently existing mansions into a community for farmers that can sell their produce to local grocery stores.
This plan moves our communities into a more sustainable future in terms of transportation costs, real estate maintenance, and hopefully happy childhoods and education about biology and nutrition for upcoming generations.
I would propose the Federal Government cease the production of military machines and instead make a generous donation to each of the property owners looking to down-size who have a real estate large enough with a viable site for farming.
There are many reasons why redevelopment and conservation of a real estate property designed to become a farming commune should be tax-exempt. I would like to take a philanthropic view towards welcoming hard-working immigrants into the country who will provide a healthy, productive and self-sustaining future for the community they inhabit in the state of Virginia.
According to Virginia Real Estate Principles v6.1 Unit 1 Real Estate Taxes and other Liens it states:
“Some state and local governments offer real estate tax reductions to attract industries and sports.
Many states also offer tax reductions for agricultural land.”
Also, it states that parks, religious, charitable and educational real estate can be exempt from taxation.
It will be impossible to stop the floodwaters of immigration when the United States has already corrupted some governments with dictators and unrest. So I would suggest that the Federal Government regulations be loosened so that banks can agree to provide loans for real estate. The residents of the dwelling would be screened by an individual trained to be the property manager and each member of the household would have responsibilities regarding the maintenance and care of the property, people within and the harvesting of organic fruits and vegetables.
The real estate property will fit the bill for 100% tax-exempt status in 5 ways:
Creating harvest plans for land to become local source for product (agricultural)
Construct a small park or playground or soccer field closer to the road with a parking lot separating it from the road. (Municipal)
Inside every bedroom of the house will be a copy of The Holy Scriptures (religious)
Fruits or vegetables can be donated to people in need. (Charitable)
Farming 101 Commune (Educational)
