Alien Interview, by Lawrence Spencer, is based on Top Secret documents from the 1940s. who from A now deceased Matilda O’Donnell MaeElroy of the U.S. Army Air Force can give a detailed overview of the oldest history of the Earth because she secretly carried a second typed transcript of her interviews with the Roswell Alien "Airl." Through telepathic means after a primer in English, "Airl" explains to MaeElroy the history of the Old Empire that existed in the time of the flying space craft.

"Airl" explains that Earth was a prison planet and souls were zapped with billions of volts of electricity and sent back down to start life again as a baby, knowing "nothing."

In Disney’s movie Soul, there’s a scene where light beings are being zapped and returned to earth. Eerily similar....

Hindu’s believe in reincarnation....

....and I did I meet a person in the hospital that said that he’d conquered the world 9 times.

And there have also been stories of children remembering their past lives.

I also remember watching a documentary of an interview with a tribe from Africa that maintained an oral history of when there was no moon and what the earth was like “the cloudy skies dripped with dew” as there was no regulation or minimal movement of the water on earth.
